1/4/98  Vegetable Beef Soup  1 lb lean ground beef 
1/2 cup chopped onion                       
2 cans (14 oz each) beef broth         
1 can (14,5 oz) Mixed Vegetables, drained.
2 cans (14.5 oz) stewed Tomatoes
2 cans (14.5) Potatoes drained & cubed.  1. Brown meat with onion in large pot.
    Cook until onion is tender, drain.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Salt & pepper to taste, if desired.
3. Bring to boil, reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
